By booking the Wellington School of Cricket centre indoor nets you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions of Bookings

  • The hirer must ensure that he / she or his / her representative is present throughout the booking period.
  • WSC Members are only permitted to bring only one guest per booking.
  • The hirer must ensure the good conduct of all those participating in the booking, including spectators.
  • The hirer must ensure he / she and all users comply with any reasonable request from a staff member of Wellington Cricket concerning the use of the premises and facilities.
  • The hirer must ensure that he / she and all users leave the premises and facilities in a clean and tidy condition, and place all rubbish in the bins provided.
  • Food and drink (except water) are not allowed in the main areas of activity.
  • Studded / spiked footwear is not permitted to be worn in any part of the Cricket Centre.
  • The hirer must immediately report any damage to the premises, facilities or equipment to Wellington Cricket and accept responsibility for any damage caused during the period of hire by the group and will be liable for the costs of rectifying the damage.
  • Balls are not provided with the bowling machine. Only bowling machinbe specific balls should be used. Do not use leather cricket balls or Tennis balls.
  • The hirer must ensure smoking, or consumption of alcohol is not permitted inside the centre.
  • The hirer is responsible for their own health and safety and all those participating in the booking when using the facility, and agree to take all sensible precautions to protect their/their groups own health and safety whilst doing so.

Refund Policy

  • If you cancel an existing booking more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time then you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Customers cancelling bookings less than 48 hours prior to the reservation will be charged 50% of the hiring charge.
  • Customers who fail to take up their booking without any prior notice will be charged the full hiring fee. This includes WSC Members who fail to take up their booking.
  • Refunds will not be available if you are unable to use the booking and cancellation has not been advised by email 3 days before the booking time. Email wsc@cricketwellington.co.nz for more information.

Privacy Policy

  • By using the WSC online booking system, I am agreeing to receive:
    1. messages relating to my booking,
    2. messages relating to the administration of my data, e.g. requests to confirm my profile settings; and
    3. messages relating to the Wellington School of Cricket, including offers, programmes and new developments.
  • Pursuant to the Privacy Act the following has been brought to my attention. Cricket Wellington uses the registration process to collect information for the purposes of:
    1. the general administration of the Wellington School of Cricket, and
    2. the promotion of Wellington School of Cricket’s programmes.
  • My personal information will be held by Cricket Wellington and I have the right to access (and correct) such personal information as provided for in the Privacy Act. I may view and update this information by means of my profile settings in the online booking system and/or by contacting the Wellington School of Cricket Administrator. Use of the online booking system constitutes authorisation of the use and disclosure of the personal information in accordance with the purposes set out above. Stating that I withhold this consent, or the provision of incorrect information, may result in you being ineligible to use the system.

Pricing & GST

  • All prices are in NZD. Prices are inclusive of GST for buyers within New Zealand.

Security of Your Credit Card Information

  • All purchases made through this website have transactions securely handled by PaymentExpress, ensuring the highest possible security for your credit card data. On payment you will be redirected to a site controlled by PaymentExpress to make the transaction in a secure environment. When payment is complete you will be returned to this site with confirmation.

Covid-19

  • By making a booking, the user along with their guests must follow all Covid-19 protocols including scanning in with the contact tracing QR codes. It is the booking user’s responsibility to ensure Covid-19 compliance of all guests entering the facility.
  • By making a booking at any WSC Facility, you agree that to your knowledge, you do not currently have any symptoms of Covid-19, have not been in contact with any individuals who have symptoms of Covid-19 and have not travelled internationally within the past two weeks.
  • All individuals aged over 12 years, 3 months who enter the facility must be vaccinated and provide proof of a vaccination passport when asked by a Cricket Wellington staff member. Users who cannot provide a vaccination passport may be asked to leave the facility and have future facility access revoked.
  • All contact tracing information is collected to assist in the management of the COVID-19 pandemic. It will be given to the Ministry of Health and/or the District Health Board on request in the event that it is required for contact tracing purposes. You have a right to access and correct any information we hold about you.
  • Cricket Wellington reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions regarding Covid-19 protocols and procedures as guided by the Government.
